Delete Your Account
Sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Carty account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app — no need to contact support.
How to delete your account
- Log in to the Carty app — on mobile or web — or the Carty Rider app.
- Open the menu and tap Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your account's registered email address to verify the request, then tap Delete Account.
What happens next
We will email you a copy of your account data within 30 days of your request. After that, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems — except for records we are legally required to keep, such as financial and KYC records retained under Nigerian AML regulations (see our Privacy Policy).
